Orders + Shipping

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately I can not accommodate refunds or exchanges but if there's an issue with your order please let me know via the contact form and either me or Lopi will help you sort it out. 

I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services.

How do you handle pre-orders?

We hold the entire shipment until all items are available to be shipped. If you would like us to ship your pre-ordered items separately, please let us know with a note on your order. It might cost a bit extra for shipping because it'd be separate.

Why do I have to pay 2 shipping charges?
I only received half of my order where's the other half?

Currently Lopi and I are trying out a new system where some of our products are from a fulfillment center and the others are shipped from us. So this is why there are two separate shipping charges.


Lopi and I will mainly ship out art prints, stickers and originals, this way I can add embellishments and sign all of my work. Someday I might attempt to ship other products that are manageable for us. So in a nutshell I am trying to offer more but in a way that gives us balance. In the past Lopi and I have really struggled with logistics and fulfillment overtaking our lives so we are hoping it works out, but if it doesn't we will recalibrate.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Will I be charged Sales Tax or VAT?

Yes we do! Please be advised that shipping costs are considerably higher with international orders and unfortunately that is beyond our control.

If you are located within Canada, you may have to pay Sales Tax at the time of purchase, depending on which province you live in. If you are located within the United Kingdom, you will have to pay VAT at the time of purchase.


If you are located within the European Union, you may have to pay VAT at the time of importation, as determined by your local customs authority. By placing an order on this store, you agree that you are responsible for these charges.

Do I have to pay duty or import charges?

Print/art orders placed by customers outside Canada may have to pay additional fees when your order is imported into your country. Other products are shipped directly from the manufacturer so there may be duties depending on where you items are made. Unfortunately I have no control over this, it is the responsibility of you, the customer, not the artist nor fulfillment company. 

How do you determine shipping charges?

We ship through Canada post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, and the destination.

International shipping estimates can be exceptionally high, so if you are charged a higher rate than the actual cost, we will let you know.

International shipments may incur customs charges from your home country, we are not responsible for the payment of these charges.

Can you sign or personalize an item in my order?

Original art all comes signed and original art over $100CAD come with a certificate of authenticity as well. For originals I often include notes as well. 

Prints are almost always signed, it will say whether or not it is signed in the description here on the site. I tend to ship out a lot of orders at times which can often leave me little time to create new work so I don't always have time to personalize notes for prints.

Apparel and other merch will come packaged very simply without anything signed or personalized because I live in a different area than the merch fulfillment center.

Where is the store based?

This shop is managed by me (Audra Auclair) and Lopi Mackenzie on Vancouver Island in the Canada. Lopi and I ship all the prints and originals ourselves while other merch is shipped directly from the fulfillment center.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are currently trying to figure out a good schedule for when to create vs. when to do business things. Since the shop is so new we can't quote times yet but for now I'm going to say that we will aim to ship art, stickers and originals within 15 days.

The merch is all made-to-order from several different manufacturers so it's difficult to quote but you should receive a shipping notice once the order is placed.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

I do not personally deliver or offer pickup options because it just takes too much time and makes me anxious as all heck. :)
