Where is the store based?
This shop is managed by Audra Auclair and Lopi Mackenzie on Vancouver Island in the Canada. We ship everything ourselves.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes we do! Please be advised that shipping costs are considerably higher with international orders and unfortunately that is beyond our control.

Are your ceramics food-safe?
We mark all food-safe items in the product description, if you're unsure please feel free to reach out.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges but if there's an issue with your order please let us know via the contact form and we will do our best to help sort it out.
We hold no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages/products once they have been passed into the hands of postal services.

If you're Canadian, why are your prices in USD?
As much as we love our fellow Canadians a vast majority of our buyers are from the USA. To avoid as much confusion as possible and to avoid our prices looking more exspensive to the majority of our buyers we opted to have the prices in USD. We don’t know of any way we can add the currency “CAD” to the end of the price. If we can find a way we will switch back to CAD.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
If you are located within Canada, you may have to pay Sales Tax at the time of purchase, depending on which province you live in.

how long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ship orders within 15 business days.
The merch is all made-to-order from several different manufacturers so it's difficult to quote but you should receive a shipping notice once the order is placed.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
We do not personally deliver or offer pickup options.

Do I have to pay duty or import charges?
Orders placed by customers outside Canada may have to pay additional fees when your order is imported into your country. Unfortunately I have no control over this, it is the responsibility of you, the customer, not the artist nor fulfillment company.
